Project Bald Eagle leads a regional coalition of organizations, community leaders, professionals and citizens working together to stem the tide of the heroin/opioid epidemic.
The roots of our federally-recognized coalition can be traced back to the early efforts of Lycoming County’s Heroin Task Force.
